Status: offline 		hello Iam trying to setup an outlook client using IMAP. I am getting error "the server responded 550. 5.7.1 client does not" I researched the error and it said something about the pop3 settings, not using pop3. What is the fix for this? I dont think its a client issue, I think its a settings or service needs to be turned on on the server. thx for the help. server exchange 2010, client outlook 2010.

Status: offline 		ok all I tried another test i/d and it worked (so the inside test worked) and for the outside test the sys admin had to open the imap port on the firewall. case closed :-) on to the next one.
