We have a small business and want to move from exchange 2003 to Exchange 2010 on our domain. We have built a new 64 bit server. How do I migrate from 2003 now? I will be installing 2010 today. I also need to install a public secure cert to this server as well.

Here is the article that I would recommend you follow:

http://demazter.wordpress.com/2010/04/29/migrate-small-business-server-2003-to-exchange-2010-and-windows-2008-r2/

GoDaddy are about the cheapest place to buy an SSL cert from.
