smartphones can't connect after domain rename

Recently renamed our domain. IN our test renames, smartphone access was fine. After our production rollout of the new name, no smartphones can connect. OWA and local email services continue to work just fine. OMa appears to be configured fine- I even checked all of the IIS virtual directories and those are all correct to (I verified them against the settings that are in place in the test deployment environment which I know works. THere are no messages getting logged to any the event logs. Any ideas on how to troublehsoot?
