did anyone encounter the problem whereby when there is incoming message suppose with txt attachment, however somehow it got to merged into the message body and not shown as attachment. Anyone has clue on it?? backend is Exchange 2010.
Don't mean to bring up an old thread but we have the same problem but with a csv attachment. We receive emails from an ERP type system that generates an email with a csv attachment, subject but no body to the email. Ex2010 puts the csv body into the body of the email.
This does not affect us when it comes via an Exchange 2007 service.

hello guys i'm new here in this forum!! yes i have incountered that problem..So This applies only to HTML email messages, when the option to include HTML into the message body is selected. Such an email has two sections: a simple text section and an HTML section. This setting controls where the text for the text section should come from. OmniRush can automatically extract the text out of the HTML, or the text can be specifically fed from the job notes or a text file. If set to come from a text file, two files are scheduled for the job, an .HTM file and a .TXT file. Automatic extraction should be tested, as the results may vary depending on the complexity of the base HTML.
