Ive just installed the 32 bit evaluation version of the RTM Exchange 2007, im having major problems where i cant send mails externally, i have setup an SMTP connector to route mail via DNS (like i previously did with Exchange 2003) but the message i get in the queue is :

451 4.4.0 Primary target IP address responded with: "." Attempted failover to altnerate host, but that did not succeed, either there are no alternate hosts, or delivery failed to all alternate hosts This happens on every single email and never leaves the server. Ive even tried modifying the SMTP connector so it sends via my ISP's SMTP server but it doesnt make any difference.
Any ideas?

And it's not a firewall issue?

Can you telnet to port 25 on external SMTP servers from the Exchange 2007 Server?
