System:

Server - Exchange Server 5.5
Remote Access - dial-up connection to LAN
Mail service - Outlook 2000/Exchange Mailbox

Current State:

I have hooked up to two mailboxes on the server from a dial-up connection. One is a shared mailbox which is working fine. The other is a personal mailbox. I can send and receive messages from this mailbox. But...

Problems:

1.I cannot see any old mail in Sent Items (ie mail sent/received prior to installation).
2.New mail does appear in the inbox. I can read these messages and they are stored in the Sent Items folder. However, if another user with access to this mailbox is simultaneously using Outlook new messages disappear from the screen, and they do not appear in Sent Items.

Can anyone help?
