This is very odd that I can't think of anything that cause the problem.
the boss is using his Blackberry to send a single message to 2 domain users in the firm
Linda an Betty
Betty received the message fine, no problem
Linda also received it but a prefix ***spam*** is added to the subject line:
what is going on?
why only BlackBerry messages? other emails are fine.
I've check our Exchange server and there is no where contains ***spam*** setting.

Most likely it will be down to an ISP. Check the headers of the message to see which mail servers it went through en-route - there may well be information in the headers as to which server added the ***spam*** prefix. It won't be your Exchange server unless you have some anti-spam software configured to do that.

I have a BT Internet account - all messages that go through their servers are subjected to their anti-spam, and they do a similar thing (tag [bulk] to the beginning of the subject for suspected spam messages).
