We are using exch 2007, and have setup outlook web access. The cas server is running on its own dedicated server. We have 2 CAS Servers which are load balanced.

The issue we have is that few users have an issue where when they browse to the URL of the OWA, it times out or when they are logged on, they get to the 3rd or 4th email and the it times out, and comes with the message the server is unavailable, or the operation cannot be completed. But the external internal line is working fine as the user can browse other web sites fine.

For other users webmail is working fine.

There are using a mixture of win 7 or xp machines.

Is there anything on the client machine which maybe affecting this webmail issue.

What have you done to fault find?
I would suggest getting users who have an issue to use OWA on a known good machine, and vice versa to start off with. Also is it for all browsers, are some using connecting using the "Public or shared computer" or private options on the OWA log in page?
