Ok, so im messing with this spam policy for the environment here. And, here is kinda what i need to do to make it work. When a message comes in from the outside (a spam message for example) i want to be able to go to actions, then re-send this message, but change the recipient to my spam catcher email address. But, it wont let me re-send the message giving the error message "You do not have the permission to send on the users behalf." Well of course, the address xyz@blahblah.com isnt a user! Is there anyway around this??? Thanks in advance for any input.

You could set up a Contact in Exchange 2000 with your spam catcher address to allow you to send on behalf of it.
