Hey!
We are going to setup en internal Ex2K in a very small company (10 users). We will use mail, public folders and shared calendars.
I know that it is no problem to sen outgoing mail, but what should I do retrieve mail from the outside? We have a xDLS dialup connection to the internet.
Any sug.?

Will you have a fixed IP address on your DSL connection?

If so then you can use Ex2K to recieve messages directly as long as the DSL connection is active (i.e. keep it connected 24x7). DNS MX entries will have to be placed at your ISPs hosting name server.

If no, then I suggest using a POP3 mail connecter to retrive mail from you ISP.

But I cant use ETRN / RRAS somehow to pick-up mail from som kind of SMTP server?

If that donŠt work I think I will use a UUCP account.
